Expecting family... =]

Here is a sampling of the family/maternity shoot I got to do the other day. They were a great family to work with and we had a fun morning together. Mom and Dad are feeling like another boy is about to join the family and I have to admit, I kind of feel like they are right... we shall see on Nov 4! Keep your eyes peeled for the newborn shoot to follow!

These are a few of my fav's from the newborn shoot I got to do yesterday. She was 5lb 9oz of sweetness and takes the title of littlest model yet! She beat her cousin (Miyah Jean) by a whopping 5 oz! =] It was a treat to photograph such a little babe just one week after her birth. She was just the right amount of sleepy and awake, it made for a great day! Thanks for sharing this special and beautiful time in your lives!

Douglas Family

Yay! Another family shoot before it gets too cold!!! This was a lovely little session with lots of laughs and good times! Baby number 2 is expected any day now so keep you eyes open for the newborn pics!!!

McCaffery Family

I have had the privilege of photographing this sweet little girl a couple times now, but I got to do family pictures for them the other day! The weather was a little chilly, so after warming up the basement we headed outside for more fun and a few fantastic shots. Thanks for having me guys! It is always a treat! =]

Family Fun =]

As you can see, I had a hard time choosing my favourites from this session! Hope you don't mind so many photos! I got to spend a couple hours getting to know this family and having some fun with photos along the way! Let me tell ya, this little gal is a bundle of fun! She told me exactly which photos to take and what she thought would be good ideas for me to do! We had a grand old time! =] Flying into leaf piles, doing 180's off cement blocks... such a great evening! Thanks for sharing your smiles with me guys!

This afternoon my family and I got together with my tripod and we had a little family shoot... a little tricky, but it worked out pretty well I think =]

More fall love =]

Here are a few of my favourite shots from the shoot I got to do with a great couple I have been getting to know over the last year or so. Being that they are both fairly into (and good at) photography I was honoured and a little nervous when they asked if I would do some fall shots of them.
We had fun hiking up and down the Maskepatoon park stairs (twice) and then acting a fall and immediately actually falling, then finding a shopping cart with a  loonie still in the lock! Unfortunately Michael was unable to get it out, but we had some fun anyway!
